Thank you for all your recent donations! We wanted to highlight a few during August and early September that made our jaw drop:
Clariant collected over 102,000 pencils! They brought them by Classroom Central in batches, so we don’t have a photo but are still nonetheless IMPRESSED!
Compass group gave a check for over $5000 for us to buy supplies. Since we have a strong buying power, this means we’ll be able to purchase a ton of supplies for kids in need!
A sea of backpacks from Carolinas Medical Center Surgical Services filled up our loading dock area. They gave 200 backpacks, that were completely stuffed. Overall, it was 7777 items! That’s certainly a lucky number in our book.
AXA brought by over 5000 items and a $2000 matching gift. They filled up 3 pallets from 2 vans filled up to the brim.
Woweee, Wells Fargo! 47,237 pencils were collected by Wells Fargo associates in one week. This will really help kids in need!
Piedmont Natural Gas came by with a truck full of supplies. The preliminary count was 14,000; however, they still had more to bring for a future trip.
SOI brought in 360 backpacks! A few pallets full – WOW!
First Mayfield Memorial Baptist Church collected a station wagon full. They’ve participated in School Tools since it started. Thanks to our contact, Sarah, for organizing for the 17th year in a row!
Diamond Springs brought by a full pallet of items for kids in need!
Lowe’s collected over 14,000 items for us! A fun video is also included below from their supply drive in Mooresville.
We really appreciate everyone’s dedication to Classroom Central. THANK YOU!
